But I have also found a truth bigger than any of my failures: you can begin again, even when it feels impossible. That is what this space is for. It is not about pretending life is perfect. Because everything around us — the food, the water, the air, the technology, even the houses we live in — has been compromised. We are breathing in mold. Eating hidden toxins. Watching screens that subtly dull our minds. Most people do not even realize it. But I do. And I refuse to live blind.
